The Digitaltag ZHdK provides a glimpse into the world of «Digitalisation» through research projects, diploma work, spin-offs, as well as the international Virtual Reality Conference.
The Digitaltag ZHdK offers interactive exhibits such as the bird flight simulator «Birdly», the adaptive fitness game «Plunder Planet», the Virtual Reality game «Monocular», interventions such as the urban game «Lucy», guided tours through the «Immersive Lab», competitions for school classes as well as talks within the parallel running conference «Expanding Immersive Design – Storytelling in the Digital Age».
Visitors are invited to explore, experience, and reflect upon different approaches that are shaping the future of «Digitalisation» and Virtual Reality.
In addition to the exhibition and the conference at the Toni-Areal in Zurich, the Bildungswelt «Grips und Bits – Wie lernen und arbeiten wir in Zukunft?» at Zurich Main Station will be showcasing the research cooperation between the Zurich University of the Arts ZHdK and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich ETHZ «Brainrunners».
